Personas:
Personas can help us identify patterns of behavior in users. These patterns point to a common pain point that a group of users experiences. While personas are fictional, we don’t make these characters from scratch. We build them based on the research you’ve got to do your research.
A user Group is a set of people with similar interests, goals, or concerns.
the short biographical sketch includes things like:
age occupation, hometown, marital status, and any other demographic data points that might give us a better sense of who our user group is
After the bio sketch comes a bit about her professional goals and day-to-day duties.

Give a catchphrase to your persona
and just like that, your user group turns into a natural person the team can build their app around.
Remember that each persona you create humanizes a user group, for your searing ring represents only one persona. You want to develop a persona to define each key user group, which will take time.
Is it worth it to build so many personas? The short answer absolutely
Benefits of persona
-
-
Build empathy and put a face on the user. They help humanize our users, give stakeholders a clearer idea of who their users are, and make the user experience more meaningful.
-
Tell stories: personas are key to turning an average stakeholder presentation into a storytelling experience.
-
-
-
Stress test designs
-
Why do you need a whole set of personas?
One persona isn’t enough to tell all the sides of a design story. Personas make sure we designers create something that benefits a wide range of users.
