82 Fereshteh, one-page animation javascript– Web Design
The Brief:
For us designers, some of the most memorable and rewarding jobs are those in which clients in a traditional market space decide to do things differently, unleashing creativity and new technology into their marketing materials.
82 Ferestheh is a prominent artistic building that the Ravagh Group had recently refurbished. The client wanted to showcase the carefully selected aesthetic showcased on each floor by the business that’d located their office there. In that spirit, they specified they wanted many original graphics and animations. I was more than happy to oblige.
The Work for 82 Fereshteh:
I created a one-pager that sucked the visitor into the experience of actually visiting this fascinating and aesthetically pleasant heritage building.
To stay on brand, I first designed the project by hand, creating illustrations that would be featured on the website and also wireframing the experience.
I created the website as a single frame laid out like floors in the actual building. Elements would replace one another with the use of a lot of custom-written JavaScript.
The visual design was artistic and unique, but the experience was streamlined and intuitive.
The Outcome of 82 fereshteh:
The heritage building 82 Ferestheh received its original and artistically inspired online presentation. Users could now feel what was inside and how it felt to be there. The owner and the businesses with offices inside received valuable publicity from the project.
